About
Surface Detail are a progressive metal band from Scotland, formed in 2022. Drawing influences from progressive metal, emo and sounds from more experimental styles from contemporary music, the band have built a sound that rewards close listening, as they explore varied, story driven sounds.
The band members are Marcy on vocals and bass, Adam on guitar, Andrew on drums, and Elaine on keys.
With two EPs to their name and a growing live presence in Glasgow and further, Surface Detail are currently playing live shows and working on new material. Follow along on socials for updates on upcoming shows and new projects.
